Let Me Introduce Myself
I was born in Dublin, Ireland. After I left school at 18 ,I attended college to study computer information systems. after I finished colIed I went to work in my family business ( wholesale fuel) for a few years running running logistics. I also work developing new customers and getting new contracts. When I left the business I had many great roles in sales and business development across the globe over the next few years.
I have always had a very keen interest in the latest technology and often get involved in new projects or create them myself. That's why in recent few years I have gone back to university to carve out a path as an automation systems engineer. This combined with my years of software/ cloud/ digital marketing /Media skills I feel very equipped to take on any exciting challenges ahead.
My final outcome is to help in the automation of society. I want to help in total remake the home and of leisure for all using A.I and automated systems.

Example 1 : Real Estate
I have worked in construction and demolition and have many qualifications for working in this industry. This includes European safety passes, life saving certification etc.
I also have all heavy rigid truck licences with CPC fully valid for a further 5 years. This has been used in transport of materials, the removal of concrete waste etc.
I also have heavy machinery operating experience.
In my automation upskill journey I am learning industrial + heavy machinery repair as part of my training.
I want to be fully immersed in the sales process which includes pre-selling of the house to the final keys handed to the new owners. This means I have had/ ongoing training in real estate.
I have experience in marketing real estate online- Google, Facebook, YouTube.
I also have been been training in virtual 360 home tour software, photography and media.
All this combined with my pursuit of qualifications in AI / Automation / Cloud is to be used in the smart home industry.
I feel I could be very useful to any forward thinking realtors and construction companies.

Example 2 : Wild Gaels
Skills In My Start-ups.
I am launching a drinks company is Dublin, Ireland with a business partner.
I am using skills acquired in college and other training to help me implement maximum efficiency in early stage production. I am using IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things), Digital Twin technology, Real Time Analytics, Automation robotic process RPA.
I am also using my business development and digital marketing skills to pre sell to bars, hotels and alcohol licenced stores across the globe.

Example 3 : Sales & BD
Skills In My Employment.
I have worked in many different industries selling products and services. I have sold high ticket items and low ticket items. In those years I have picked up skills by virtue of working for a company or through my own initiative upskilling to be capable of doing the work.
I have skills in sales, lead generating, prospecting, negotiating, digital marketing including SEO, Social Media posting and pixel gathering. I have been an international rep for brands looking to sell into Europe and vice versa.
In more recent years I have been sculpting a position as a "go to" technician/ salesman for the Automation/ AI / Cloud industry.
Final Note on Myself
I like to think I am a competent , hard working , trustworthy individual with a friendly approachable manner. I always strive to have an impeccable rapport with customers, clients and employers.
I am from a humble background. My father worked in the peat (Irish solid fuel) industry as his father did too before him. I worked for many years helping my dad in that business as he aged but I always had big plans for a life to remember.
I consider myself entrepreneurial. l have a few small businesses that bring me in recurring income. I am eager to bring some big ideas into the market in 2025 and beyond.
I also have a creative side. in fact, a few years back me and my brother won an award at the Empire magazine awards in London. We were presented the award by Oscar winning director Jim Sheridan (My Left foot, In The Name of The Father, Get Rich or Die Tryin). I am also a self taught animator and have actually pitched a show in NBC Universal Studios Hollywood, California. I am currently pitching a brand new adult animated comedy show (similar to Rick and Morty )across the USA . If you are interested, there is an article below with all the info.
