Wild Gaels is a Dublin based CBD drinks company (200 metres from Guinness factory) . I'm pioneering a new kind in the brewing industry in Ireland by combining traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. As the founder, I’m drawing on my diverse skill set, ranging from smart systems and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) to AI automation and digital innovation, to create a truly unique brewing experience.
Our Dublin-based factory (though very small currently) will integrate intelligent systems that monitor production processes in real-time, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and sustainability. By blending technology with creativity, I’m not only crafting a premium CBD-infused stout but also reimagining how the industry can leverage smart systems to enhance both product quality and operational excellence. With Wild Gales, we're committed to making an impact—driven by both tradition and innovation, bringing the best of Irish brewing to the future.
